"ZEMIRA", this is a report on some of the deadly activities of the so called Fulani/Hausa Islamic Jihadist terrorists and their terrorism activities on the good and LOVELY - BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE of the BELOVED MIDDLE - BELT region of NIGERIA. The MIDDLE - BELT region of NIGERIA is so attractive because of it's soil fertility that has made it so difficult for we the ethnic minorities to survive in our "GOD'S" given home land of the MIDDLE - BELT. Because the Islamic world is so interesting to see that we are totally ANNIHILATED from this region that is called the MIDDLE - BELT... Because of our FAITH and BELIEVE in the ALMIGHTY "GOD" of ISRAEL who is the AUTHOR and the FINISHER of our FAITH. If something is not URGENTLY and HURRIEDLY done, we as the PEOPLE of the MIDDLE - BELT region will soon go into extinction like some animals. But I really and TRULY believe that the ALMIGHTY - LIVING "GOD" of ISRAEL will surely visit us as HE"GOD" visited the ISRAELITES during their hard times in EGYPT. The Fulani/Hausa Islamic - jihadist and their deadly activities is to make sure that they established their so called sharia law within the so called northern region of NIGERIA and later extend it to the whole country NIGERIA. DANBIYOK TOJE who then was a principal of a Government own secondary school in "SHO" before he was ambushed and murdered by the fulani/hausa islamic-jihadist terrorist on the same day with the rest as you can see their dead bodies littered all over the place. These are only a few victims of the terrorist organization known as Boko Haram. The specific terror group in these incidents are known as Fulani/Hausa Islamic Jihadist terrorist organization. These innocent men , women and children were targeted killings by this terror group for the purpose of a campaign of land acquisition in the Plateau Region of Nigeria known as the Middle Belt in the community of Sho of the Local Government Area of  Plateau State Nigeria.  People first imagine the very worst. They imagine that these people must have committed a terrible crime and that they deserved this brutal fate.  The truth is far different in this case.  This case along with many others in Nigeria is a blatant act of ethnic cleansing. Muslims of the region of Nigeria do not want any other people who believe in anything different than Islam to exist.  It does not matter to the Muslims of this region that this Chrstian community has a very long history of settlement in the Plateau region of Nigeria.  They are the indigenous people of that land who are victims of terror on a daily basis.  As you can see in these photographs the people have been targeted severely and are losing more and more numbers each day.  IUFE demands justice be brought to these victims to have these terrorist perpetrators stopped from their brutal activities that rob the world of  peace and freedom.  Fear should never have to govern a nation nor should a nation be ruled by it.

Just this morning I interviewed a victim , JOSEPH MUSA who is BUJI by tribe from BASSA Local Government Area of PLATEAU STATE NIGERIA. But he currently lives in JOS - SOUTH Local Government Area of PLATEAU STATE NIGERIA. He has three kids and a wife. This man ran with others to protect members of his community. The Muslims do not like the Christians living near them even though this community has lived there long before the Muslims came. Joseph's leg was permanently damaged in this attack. He was brutally shot down , chased and harassed by jihadists. Without his leg, this man cannot work to feed himself, his wife or his three children. THESE AND OTHER CHRISTIAN AND OTHER MINORITY COMMUNITIES DESPERATELY NEED HELP.  PLEASE SHARE THIS ARTICLE.  MAKE CONNECTIONS, SAVE LIVES.  IUFE REQUESTS THAT THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY CARE FOR THESE VICTIMS OF TERROR BY NOTIFYING THE NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT TO STOP PERMITTING THESE ACTS OF TERROR TO TAKE PLACE.  CHURCH LEADERS MUST PROTECT THESE AND MANY OTHER VICTIMS OF TERROR AROUND THE WORLD,  INDIFFERENCE IS NOT THE ANSWER TO THESE PROBLEMS.  TANGIBLE ASSISTANCE TO FAMILIES  SUCH AS CLEAN FOOD, WATER, CLOTHING AND SHELTER THAT IS NOT OPEN TO THE ELEMENTS AND HARSH WEATHER CONDITIONS OR OPEN TO ENEMY ATTACK AND PROVIDING AID SO THESE COMMUNITIES CAN MAINTAIN THEIR SECURITY  WOULD BE DEFINITIONS OF TANGIBLE ASSISTANCE.  THESE COMMUNITIES MUST KNOW THAT THEY ARE NOT ALONE AND THEY WE STAND WITH THEM IN THEIR STRUGGLE AGAINST BRUTALITY AND TYRANNY.

Advocate Veerji Kolhi Investigates Murder of Three in Nagarparkar By Zemira Eli Natan and Advocate Veerji Kolhi

For the first time in the history of Nagarparkar a murder of the the most heinous kind has taken place.  The murder took place in Wadari Village, Nagarparkar  where three victims  were murdered  in cold blood.  An elderly couple and their son were resting in  their sleeping cots when they were brutally murdered in the middle of the night as they and other villagers were sleeping.  No one in the village was able to tell Advocate Veerji Kolhi who the perpetrator of this murder was.  There was great fear to reveal any  details.  Advocate Veerji Kolhi returned to the village many times to assist investigators and question the villages to glean any information on the killers.  The  problem with this investigation  is that after a cast  was  taken of the perpetrators footprints  no one seemed to be able to identify the killers.  Twenty  six suspects were arrested in this case  and all twenty six of them went free.  Advocate  Veerji Kolhi did not stop here.  When a team of forensic special investigators brought a dog team to locate the killer, the dogs returned to the same hut twice. The police refused to bring  the suspects living there into custody. The perpetrator was among the 26 suspects released  from police custody.  The  very dangerous  issue in this case is that the court closed the investigation.  I advised Advocate Veerji Kolhi  to ask the court to reopen the investigation.   According to the Final Report document  issued by the Superintendent of Police Tharparkar for the cancellation of FIR dated 4/20/2015   so ordered by the Nagarparkar Judicial Magistrate, the police are still responsible to continue their efforts to the best of their ability to locate and arrest the perpetrator of this horrific crime despite the fact that the investigation was closed.    Advocate Veerji Kolhi fully intends to ensure the cooperation of the police in this matter.  Two  of the victims of this horrible crime  were senior citizens age  75  Male  and  Female  age 65.  The son was  just  a teenager about 14- 16  years  of age.  This was extremely  painful  for the indigenous people of this land because they have never lived in fear that something like this could ever happen.  Despite abductions,  they felt that murder could never be an issue.  Increasing violent crimes are happening in Sindh which was once a place of relative peace for all people.  Now it has become a place where innocent people are regularly targeted just because they have different religious beliefs.  For the safety of the victims and their families Advocate Veerji  Kolhi has not released the names of the victims.  The people are very concerned that since the perpetrator is still at large, there might be a chance that a repeat crime could occur. IUFE  demands  that the perpetrator be brought  to justice  immediately  with penalty of the full extent of the law.  Such a crime  is punishible by death and this is what these villagers rightfully are demanding!  Their protest is strong  and should be heard by all human rights organizations,  the presiding court and law enforcement agencies in Sindh to render proper justice to the indigenous people of the land .  Thank  you Advocate Veerji Kolhi for your briefing on this case  and standing with you  to continue to demand justice for the villagers in Wadari Village, Nagarparkar.

What can  we say this case is all about?  Clearly  it is an effort by those wishing to threaten any resistance to control of those politicians who want to keep their stronghold in this region.  Advocate Veerji Kolhi was requested to surrender his political  and social intervention which is the sole protection of the people living in these villages.  We cannot allow  10,000 years of indigenous  people's  legacy to be destroyed under this kind of pressure.  Advocate Veerji Kolhi cannot leave his people vulnerable to being forced from their indigenous homeland  by  Zandibars and Politicians

who deny these people their right to live peacefully and safe from such violent crimes.

We as an international coalition cannot allow them  to force their hand.  We  must all stand in unity to support Advocate Veerji Kolhi in his continuous and brave efforts to protect his people from harm.  We ask that International Human Rights organizations be contacted to ensure the protection of the indigenous people of Sindh and protection for the Advocates who defend them.

Advocate Rabindra Ghosh  of Bangladesh Minority watch has posted numerous cases illustrating the lack of intervention conduction by the police in Bangladesh.  These cases involve serious harassment of Hindu and other minority communities .  Advocate Rabindra
Ghosh and his staff have had attempts taken on their lives as they investigate these matters thoroughly and expose the perpetrators of various crimes including rape and abduction of women, destruction and looting of  villages, and destruction of Holy shrines.  The medias are silent and there is no law enforcement available to enforce the laws that protect these communities from harm.  Below is Advocate Rabindra Ghosh direct statement concerning this very viable threat:

"Bangladesh Minority Watch is very much concerned with the continued threat by the police department during our fact finding in different parts of Bangladesh.  We had met and spoken with the Minister for Home Affairs, Mr. H.T. Imam- Political Adviser to Prime Minister of Bangladesh. Apart from this we also informed Dr.Mizanur Rahman- Chairman-National Human Rights Commission of Bangladesh. But no remedial measures taken by them for protection of Human Rights defenders for Minority Rights.

We need urgent action against police officers responsible for threat and intimidation during fact finding in different parts of Bangladesh."

Our discussion did not conclude here.  I was able to share my experience in Kokrajhur Assam and explained how there is no police or government intervention to address the influx of Muslims entering into India and grabbing land from Hindus whenever and wherever it suits them.  Advocate Rabindra Ghosh gives the following explanation as to events currently occurring and others that are ongoing problems:


"Every day we are facing problem with police authority, perpetrators those are kidnapping Hindu girls, forcefully occupying our lands, frequent abduction of Hindu girls with rape incidents are common in Bangladesh. Police is very much negligent on this matter.

I need to do something for the protection of rights of minorities of Bangladesh as those minorities of Bangladesh is going to be ethnically cleansed.

Intervention is necessary for the protection of rights of minorities of Bangladesh. You know that since 2001 to 2015 we are being harassed by the law enforcing agencies, lawyers, law makers, MP and other perpetrators in different times, Despite all we did not leave our country Bangladesh, as we love Bangladesh well."


As you can see  these issues have been occurring in Bangladesh for fourteen years and nothing has changed.   Issues such as these are also occurring in India.  Bangladeshi Muslims are entering the country  to escape justice and avoid further trouble in Bangladesh while, at the same time, causing havoc in India.  The response of Law Enforcement is deplorable! The medias refuse to broadcast the news for fear of escalating political issues and government censorship which is now occurring in the region on a wide scale.


At this time and for all occurring incidents  our Advocates and their staff, international delegations and Minority leaders are asking for TANGIBLE assistance for these victims.  There are thousands of families devastated by these crimes against humanity.  The correct action to take is first to bring these incidents to the public and bring awareness to the International Community, second to bring these issues to the attention to the medias and continue to contact them  to encourage proper and honest media coverage of these incidents, third  to contact international human rights organizations and follow up with causes to bring tangible assistance to the victims and their families.  Writing correspondence to government officials as a group  with numerous signatures can help pressure the government and the law enforcement agencies who refuse to enforce laws that protect minorities against these crimes against humanity.  These crimes violate numerous articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of the United Nations.  I have posted my report of my visit to two of five refugee camps whose victims claim are being attacked on! one side by Baptist Christian Missionaries who are armed and Muslims from Bangladesh on the other side.    These people cannot be ethnically cleansed!  The International Community cannot stand for it!  Action is the key and IUFE demands action on the part of all who take the time to read this.  Action can include sharing, contacting, and exposing.  Everyone can do their part to help.  Please take decisive action for the sake of humanity.

3) Mohammad Al-Ameen son of Nurul Hoque Kha and unknown 3- 5 perpetrators. All are residing at Patharghata Upazila of Barguna District.

Religion of the Victim : Hindu.
Religion of the perpetrators : Muslim.
Permanent Address of the victim : Village : Shingra Bunia, p.s. Patharghata, District- Barguna, Bangladesh.
FACT S IN BRIEF :
Father and daughter from their home were proceeding towards Lemua College riding on Motor Bike to fill up the forms for Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination of victim on 14th March,15 at about 10.30 all on a sudden other two Motor Bike riders behind the Motor Bike of Bikash Bepari intercepted Motor Bike of Bikash on the road near Jugirhula area (cow firm of Seraj Master of) 19 kilometres away from local police station, dictated Bikash to get down from the Motor vehicle but Bikash refused to get down from the Bike, but three above perpetrators created terror in the mind of Bikash and due to scuffling two perpetrators snatched away his daughter- Kona who cried for rescue from the bike and fled away; other perpetrators started to beat Bikash till he become senseless. Some witnesses came forward but in the meantime those perpetrators with bike decamped and abducted  the victim towards unknown destination. 

After getting senses Bikash went to Patharghata police station and described the ordeal and lodged F.I.R. at Patharghata police station being case No.18 dated 15.03.15 under section 7/30 of Women and Children Repression Act,2003 against three perpetrators and 3 to 4 unknown others.

ACTION TAKEN BY BDMW:
As per appeal filed by father and mother of victim I on behalf of BDMW communicated with Md.Saiful Islam-Superintendent of Police -Barguna District and Md.Shah Newaz- Officer in Charge of Patharghata police station for legal assistance and accordingly our representative from Barisal was requested to investigate the matter and for immediate reuse of the Vitim- Kona Rani . But it is unfortunate that the police was found very much negligent to apprehend the criminals to justice and for recovery of the victim since after 13 days of her kidnapping.

I, also talked with mother and father of the victim over his cell number 01725297370 who cried loudly and requested us to rescue t heir beloved daughter - Ms.Kona Rani from the clutches of perpetrators. 

I again requested the law enforcing agencies of Borguna Administration and urged upon them to rescue the victim girl from the possession of the kidnapers. Md. Shah Newaz- Officer in charge of Patharghata gave me to understand that due to love affairs occurrence took place and he is trying to rescue the victim, but the statements made by Md.Shah Newaz without asking the victim or arresting the perpetrators it was a love affairs ?

Recommendations:-
Bangladesh Minority Watch is very much concerned about abduction of minority Hindu College girl and we demand :
a} to rescue the victim with utmost sincerity.
b) The perpetrators should be arrested soon to put them in custody for trial in the court.
c) The officer in charge of Patharghata Police station should be asked to be more impartial in deciding the matter whether it was love or forceful conversion ?

ON MARCH 1, 2015 AN INTERNATIONAL DELEGATION JOINTLY ATTENDED BY REPRESENTATIVES FROM HINDU YUVA MANCH ASSAM, HINDU PEOPLE PARTY,HINDU DARMA SEVA TRUST, HINDU JANAJAGRUTI SAMITI, INTERNATIONAL UNITY FOR FREEDOM AND EQUALITY, SRIRAM SENA AND HERITAGE CONSERVATION SOCIETY MADE A VISIT TO 2 OF 5 REFUGEE CAMPS LOCATED IN KOKRAJHUR ASSAM.   THERE ARE 6,000 FAMILIES AT RISK WITH SMALL CHILDREN WHO ARE NOT CURRENTLY ATTENDING SCHOOL DUE TO THEIR EXPERIENCE. We would like to bring your knowledge the alarming and pathetic situation prevailing in the North Eastern state of Assam and around. Please find attached our team’s field visit report on the above.
The following are our observations and our recommended remedial actions sought from you to act on to fix the situation in the border state of Assam preventing further deterioration of the situation.
1) Assam’s Muslim population has grown from 2% to an alarming 26% in 20 years. The primary and the only reason for this is the illegal Muslim immigrants from Bangladesh. This is hampering the son of the soil’s lively hood and is happening at the cost of Hinduism and its cultural values. The immigrants by force seize the fundamental rights of the local Hindu inhabitants.2) These infiltrators influence and bribe the soldiers of Indian army stationed at the banks of river Brahmaputra to enter the sub-continent. The Bangladeshi Government and its army are supporting the infiltrators and are encouraging them through all possible means like supplying necessary tools, ammunitions to infiltrate and navigate into the country.
3) The local political parties and certain national parties are directly and indirectly allowing the illegal immigration as they have vested interest in the happening for minority vote bank.
4) The local Muslim organisations motivate and support the infiltrators helping them to navigate and settle in the Assam and nearby places.5) The Assam Bodo militant organization are funded by Christian missionaries motivating them to maintain the unrest and promote the militancy in the region. These missionaries are adopting divisive politics with an intension to create unrest and establish chaos and promote their ideology in the minds of the people.
6) Assam being a border state with China, china has vested interest in the region and hence supports the BODO and ULFA militants to promote leftist extremism in the region to maintain the unrest.
The following are our recommendations to handle the situation strategically and to prevent the situation from further deterioration in all fronts:
1) The border security to be strengthened and the fencing to be completed and must be under constant watch. The Government must train the people living in the border areas being native Hindu Assamese to defend themselves and if necessary provide necessary weapons for self-defense. They should provide tools and communication equipment to the border people to communicate immediately to the security forces regarding any intrusion in our area.2) As BJP is gaining positive mandate among the public in the Assam region it should be capitalized. Taking cognizance  of the current situation BJP should consider imposing Article similar to Article 370 to Assam giving it an independent status similar to that of Kashmir to uplift and protect the Hindus in Assam.
3) Similar to the ban prevailing in the state of Arunachal Pradesh on religious conversions, it is appropriate to impose a similar ban in Assam.
4) Assam is rich in Hindu Culture and they are decedents from the Ekalaiva clan from the ancient epic age. The Government should consider the renovation and restoration of the Hindu ancient temples, scriptures and associated historic places promoting tourism thereby preserving the places of historic interest and helping to prevent the destruction of the Hindu religion and upholding its values. Ramayan, Mahabharatha, Shakthi Pedam and Kamkya temples are of historic significance in Assam which needs to be preserved and promoted for the next generation.5) The basic and fundamental facilities of lively hood like, food, education, medical facilities, etc are to be immediately arranged to the families living in the rehabilitation camps in the places mentioned  in the attached report.
6) Necessary arrangements and facilities to be provided to the families to earn their lively hood through agriculture there by helping them to carry out nature farming and allied vocations in the region.
7) The natural resources and the oil and gas exploration sources are to be well protected and necessary steps are to be initiated to ensure that these do not fall under the control of the militants, Chinese or Bangladeshi militants.
8) The Islamic madrasa schools and the schools run by Christian missionaries are to be banned and more Government schools to be started to supplement the need. Necessary steps to be taken to promote education in mother tongue and local language.  We are confident that you will understand the situation with better insight and will immediately order for an appropriate remedial action in Assam. We wish and pray for your continued success and growth in Assam and Northeastern region.

HINDU PEOPLE PARTY STATE VICE PRESIDENT DEVA GOIVINDARAJ’S FIELD SURVEY REPORT ON ASSAM FOR PRIME MINISTER’S NOTICE AND RELATED DEPARTMENTS AND MEDIA.
1st March 2015: Visit to Assam: Bidyapur Bongaigaon district , Koch Rajbangshi relief camp
On 1st March 2015, a team constituting Promod muthalik, Ramesh sinde, 
Nitin kurve, Deva govinda raju, Shrikant pangarkar, Zeerina Eli Norton along with other local leaders visited the Bidyapur Bongaigaon district, Koch Rajbangsi relief camp in Assam. It was observed that 643 families are living in the rehabilitation camp for the 25 years were facing hardships and were undergoing a painful livelihood.
During 1991, there were clash between two native communities of Assam being Boro – kochari and Koch Rajbangsi. A result of the clash the Koch Rajbangshi community left their respective villages and sought refuge in the relief camps.
It appears that the government has neither shown any support nor made necessary arrangements for their rehabilitation. On a temporary basis they were half plot of land to stay. There is no education for the children for the past 25 years, livelihood is at stake and no efforts appears to have been made by the government for the recovery or restoration of their lost properties. The leaders convinced them that the issue could be handled in a legal manner through state and central governments so as to provide proper rehabilitation to the affected communities.
On 2nd March 2015 : Visit to Bathou mandir, Hirimbapuri, Shantipur
On 2nd March 2015, the team visited Bathou mandir, Hirimbapuri, Shantipur under the jurisdiction of Chirang district. Their major inhabitants belong to boro community, the majority of who are now Christians converted from their parent religion of Hinduism.In the recent period they have returned back to Hinduism and have established an ashram, known as Bathou ashram. The ashram is headed by the Hindu guru who had been a pastor of Christian church for 25 years prior to his return to Hinduism.
As phase two the team continued its visit to Deosri in the evening. It was noted that there were nearly 6000 Adivasi Santhal people who live in relief camp without proper health facilities, proper sanitary facilities and inadequate food supplies from the Government. The hygiene and health levels are alarming and poses a threat of contagious diseases being spread.
The families feel very apprehensive and uncared at the relief camp. At that relief camp they feel sorry for the Government and its lack of attention towards them. To our dismay it was noted that as per Government records there existed no relief camp whereas in reality there are 6000 families struggling to manage their livelihood.
3rd March 2015 : Visit to Jaipur, Malegaon and Pakhiriguri Santhal relief camp
On 3rd March 2015, the team visited Jaipur, Malegaon and Pakhiriguri Santhal relief camp. At Pakhiriuguri 5 persons were killed by extremist group National Democratic Front of Bodoland (NDFB). NDBF is sponsored by Christian community of  the world. During December 2014, NDFB attacked on the villages inhabited by the Adivasi people (Santhal) where lots of people were killed and others were missing and most of them are from the relief camp. Both the State Government as well as BTAD Government does not recognise and even denied the existence of the relief camps as a result of which the inhabitants are helpless and are living in miserable condition. They are deprived of proper housing, sanitation, water, security, food etc. The communities are affected by various diseases like polio, gangrene, malaria, etc, for which no proper treatment has been provided. Health care, vaccination and other medical facilities are totally ignored and made unavailable to these inhabitants. There are 6000 families struggling to manage their livelihood.
