The quantity of Human Rights violations that have occurred with the destruction of this ancient Holy capital of ancient Sindh cannot be accepted by the international community.  It is a serious violation of the rights of indigenous peoples according to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of the United Nations.  This incident will not remain ignored.  We demand justice for the entire Hindu communities of Sindh for the needless destruction of this sacred ancient capital.  Below is the history of this land and is recorded even in Muslim Chronicles so it cannot go unnoticed!

Aror, the ancient capital of Sindh was the centre of trade and commerce in Ancient India.  Sindhi, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu were spoken here. People followed the religions of Hinduism, Sikhism, Buddhism and Islam in Aror. The name of the Holy city of Aror was derived from a place named Aror which was once the ancient capital of Sindh. It was ruled by King Dahir. In 711 C.E. Muhammad bin Qasim ruled the city and moved the capital to Mansur in the 10th century as a result of a massive earthquake.  We know the history according to the Muslim Chronicles.   The Aroras originated from Aror. They were the Kshatriya of Aror.

The Kshatriyas were members of the second of the four great Hindu castes, the military caste. The traditional function of the Kshatriyas is to protect society by fighting in wartime and governing in peacetime.  During the time of Maharaja Ranjit Singh the Aroras were settled in Amritsar.  In 711 CE the Arabs invaded Sindh led by 17 year old Muhammad bib Qasim and Sukkhur and all of Sindh and lower Punjab. became part of the Umayyad Caliphate.

According to Bhim Singh Dahiya, Aror was the capital of the Rai Dynasty.  Rai means "king."

Rai Diwaij was a powerful chief who whose rule extended up to Kashmir and Kannauj kingdoms in the East, Makran and the Arabian Sea in the West, Saurashtra in the South and Kandhan and Seistan and the hills of Sulaiman in the North.  He formed alliances with most of the rulers of India.  Raj Diwaij's son was Rai Siharas and his son was Rai Sahasi.  These were kings of the Rai Dynasty.  The Rai Dynasty ruled over Sindh for nearly 202 years.  Rai Sahiras II was the second last ruler of the Rai Dynasty and patronized Hinduism as well as Buddhism around 610 C.E.

"The rulers of the Rai Dynasty patronized both the religions of Hinduism and Buddhism.  This is evidenced by the ruins and the description of that era in the Muslim Chronicles.  Rai Dynasty emporers established a Temple of Shiva located in Sukkhur close to their capital of Aror on the banks of the Indus River."

Advocate Veerji Kolhi Investigates Murder of Three in Nagarparkar By Zemira Eli Natan and Advocate Veerji Kolhi

Zemira Eli Natan
Executive Director
International Unity for Freedom and Equality

For the first time in the history of Nagarparkar a murder of the the most heinous kind has taken place.  The murder took place in Wadari Village, Nagarparkar  where three victims  were murdered  in cold blood.  An elderly couple and their son were resting in  their sleeping cots when they were brutally murdered in the middle of the night as they and other villagers were sleeping.  No one in the village was able to tell Advocate Veerji Kolhi who the perpetrator of this murder was.  There was great fear to reveal any  details.  Advocate Veerji Kolhi returned to the village many times to assist investigators and question the villages to glean any information on the killers.  The  problem with this investigation  is that after a cast  was  taken of the perpetrators footprints  no one seemed to be able to identify the killers.  Twenty  six suspects were arrested in this case  and all twenty six of them went free.  Advocate  Veerji Kolhi did not stop here.  When a team of forensic special investigators brought a dog team to locate the killer, the dogs returned to the same hut twice. The police refused to bring  the suspects living there into custody. The perpetrator was among the 26 suspects released  from police custody.  The  very dangerous  issue in this case is that the court closed the investigation.  I advised Advocate Veerji Kolhi  to ask the court to reopen the investigation.   According to the Final Report document  issued by the Superintendent of Police Tharparkar for the cancellation of FIR dated 4/20/2015   so ordered by the Nagarparkar Judicial Magistrate, the police are still responsible to continue their efforts to the best of their ability to locate and arrest the perpetrator of this horrific crime despite the fact that the investigation was closed.    Advocate Veerji Kolhi fully intends to ensure the cooperation of the police in this matter.  Two  of the victims of this horrible crime  were senior citizens age  75  Male  and  Female  age 65.  The son was  just  a teenager about 14- 16  years  of age.  This was extremely  painful  for the indigenous people of this land because they have never lived in fear that something like this could ever happen.  Despite abductions,  they felt that murder could never be an issue.  Increasing violent crimes are happening in Sindh which was once a place of relative peace for all people.  Now it has become a place where innocent people are regularly targeted just because they have different religious beliefs.  For the safety of the victims and their families Advocate Veerji  Kolhi has not released the names of the victims.  The people are very concerned that since the perpetrator is still at large, there might be a chance that a repeat crime could occur. IUFE  demands  that the perpetrator be brought  to justice  immediately  with penalty of the full extent of the law.  Such a crime  is punishible by death and this is what these villagers rightfully are demanding!  Their protest is strong  and should be heard by all human rights organizations,  the presiding court and law enforcement agencies in Sindh to render proper justice to the indigenous people of the land .  Thank  you Advocate Veerji Kolhi for your briefing on this case  and standing with you  to continue to demand justice for the villagers in Wadari Village, Nagarparkar.

What can  we say this case is all about?  Clearly  it is an effort by those wishing to threaten any resistance to control of those politicians who want to keep their stronghold in this region.  Advocate Veerji Kolhi was requested to surrender his political  and social intervention which is the sole protection of the people living in these villages.  We cannot allow  10,000 years of indigenous  people's  legacy to be destroyed under this kind of pressure.  Advocate Veerji Kolhi cannot leave his people vulnerable to being forced from their indigenous homeland  by  Zandibars and Politicians
who deny these people their right to live peacefully and safe from such violent crimes.

We as an international coalition cannot allow them  to force their hand.  We  must all stand in unity to support Advocate Veerji Kolhi in his continuous and brave efforts to protect his people from harm.  We ask that International Human Rights organizations be contacted to ensure the protection of the indigenous people of Sindh and protection for the Advocates who defend them.

Advocate Veerji Kolhi Exposes A Judicial Crime in Sindh High Court By: Zemira Eli Natan and Advocate Veerji Kolhi

*****IUFE UPDATE*****

Very good news today Advocate Veerji Kolhi has just informed IUFE that the High Court of Sindh has changed its ruling.  Anjali will remain in a shelter home where a medical board will determine her age as old enough to marry.

http://www.dawn.com/news/1157497
IUFE has just been notified by Advocate Veerji Kolhi of a Shocking ruling issued by the High Court of Sindh in Pakistan.  In case that pursuant to the Code of Law in Effect that all Child Marriages or knowledge of  or intent to engage in them are forbidden by Law.  It must be made very clear that this offence is punishable by law for 1-3 years or a fine or both depending on the extremity of the circumstances deemed by the court.  The documents below clearly describe the punishments for intent  and also for committing the act knowing that a child is of minor age.  The question  is how does the court find it acceptable to free a minor child in a ruling in one case , such as in the case of the release of Mavi Kolhi, also of minor age and make a different ruling involving the case of Anjali Kolhi when the same laws are in effect.  The documents below that Advocate Veerji Kolhi has provided to IUFE clearly show that the court itself committed a Judicial crime!  How do we come to that conclusion is a question that will be asked in this situation.  The answer can be found in the ambiguity of Article 7, sub-section 3  which states, " The court may on its own notion or an application of any person rescind or alter any order made under sub-section 1 of Article 7.  What this article is saying is that the court can effectively change an order and would not be obligated to enforce the laws that are in place according to Code of Law.  In other words, There are stipulations present that allow an injustice to go unheard and the law to remain only on the books but not enforced!  Article 6 of the Code of Law in Pakistan states that, " Notwithstanding anything contained in section 190 of the Code, no court other than the Judicial Magistrate of First Class shall take cognizance of or try any offence under this Act! This  is making it seemingly impossible for any Religious Minority in Sindh, Pakistan to receive justice even in a court of law!  However, Article twelve of the Code of Law clearly states, If any difficulty arises in giving effect that is not inconsistent with any of the provisions of this act, Government may make such order, as may appear to be necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty."  THIS CODE IS AMBIGUOUS AS IT FAVORS THE PERPETRATORS OF CRIMES IN DIRECT VIOLATION OF THE  CHILD MARRIAGES RESTRAINT ACT 2013.  Advocate Veerji Kolhi notes that:

"  According to Article 8-  Offence to Punishable and Triable

Not Withstanding anything conmtained in the code, an offence punishable under this Act shall be cognizable, nonbailable and non compoundable. "

Numerous Human Rights violations are being violated by violating these laws on the books in courts, even in the High Courts and not enforcing the laws set in place. The High Court of Sindh must recognize this and understand clearly that this issue is not acceptable to the Religious Minorities of Sindh or the International Community at large!  This issue will be made public and shared with International Human Rights Commissions , Civil Liberties Alliances and Human Rights organizations in order to render proper Justice for Religious Minorities that face this kind of persecution, oppression, and violations to their spiritual and physical well being.  IUFE demands justice for these crimes .  Anjali Meghwar must be freed and returned to her family safe and unharmed!  There is no Justice in this ruling of the High Court of Sindh  and it shall be made public!

Human Rights 365 Advocate Veerji Kolhi Leads March for International Human Rights Day Dec 8-12 By: Advocate Veerji Kolhi and Zemira Eli Natan

Zemira Eli Natan

Shanti Prayer in English
Dedicated to the True Activists to fight every single day to protect the inalienable Human Rights of Indigenous Peoples

Om May we all be protected
May we all be nourished
May we work together with great Energy
May our intellect be sharpened
(May our study be effective)
Let there be no Animosity amongst us
Om Peace (in me), Peace in Divine Forces

The theme of Human Rights 365

"  I call on states to honor their obligation to protect human rights every day of the year.  I call on People to hold their governments to account."

UN Secretary- Gerneral   Ban Ki-moon

This year's slogan Human Rights 365 encompasses the idea that every day is Human Rights Day.  It celebrates the fundamental proposition in the Universal Declaration that each one of us, everywhere is entitled to the full range of Human Rights, that Human Rights belong equally to each of us to bind us together as a global community with the same ideals and values.

Excerpt From  The Statement of the High Commissioner of Human Rights

United Nations
Zeid Ra'ad al Hussein

"  All Human Beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.":  is perhaps the most resonant and beautiful words of any international agreement.  The Universal Declaration of Human Rights promises to all the economic, social political, cultural and civil rights that underpin a life free of want and fear.

These Human Rights are not country specific.  They are not a reward for good behavior, or particular to a certain area or social group.  These are the inalienable entitlements of all people, at all times everywhere, 365 Days a Year.

They are the rights of people of every color, from every race and ethnic group; whether or not they have disabilities; citizens or migrants; no matter their sex, their class, their caste , their creed, their age or sexual orientation..."

Certainly every civilized human being stands for these principles.  As a Jew  and as an Israeli American  I  cannot say that this holds true for my people.  I am a member of an indigenous People whose land is frequently up for negotiation with a group of non indigenous people who seek to destroy mine.  I believe in every tenant and principle that these statements hold, but I am very concerned that they are not put into practice on many levels.  I see another member of an indigenous people, Advocate Veerji Kolhi whose work speaks for itself in the struggle to uphold these principles.  I see his Holy Hindu Shrines destroyed.  I see the women of his people being raped, forced into marriages before they are of proper marriageable age, and forced to convert to a religion that is not their own.  I see my Nation of Israel  being denied the rights that are guaranteed to them under the Universal Declaration of Human Rights but Most of all by the G-d's own Promise to my people.  I see discrimination running rampant  upon Jews and upon Hindus  in India and in Pakistan, and I am not seeing the Justice and tangible assistance occurring to rebuild these shrines, restore these devastated communities, or the returning of dignity to those whose basic rights are being denied.  I will never stop standing for these principles and will never stop my work to join in these efforts to bring about change in this world.  I will stand forever with Advocate Veerji Kolhi and other True Activists like him  to make these  issues become known to the international community.  I am not ashamed nor am I ever afraid.  I love my Nation Israel and above all, I love my G-d.  Truth is power over deception.  I wait for the promises to become a reality!  When I see the change and the restoration of the basic Human rights mentioned in these statements,   I will know for certain that our work is not in vain.

A Point of Clarification In Response to False Accusations made by Upananda Brahmachari Editor of Hindu Existence By: Zemira Eli Natan

Zemira Eli Natan
Executive Director
International Unity for Freedom and Equality

Today I spent most of my day being bullied by the editor of Hindu Existence.  His accusations stated that IUFE is a false organization.  First of all, IUFE is not a registered organization yet.  It is however and International coalition comprised  of members from all over the world including India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Europe and the USA.  IUFE's contacts are advocates and professionals working on the ground to solve problems such as Love Jihad, Forced Conversion to Islam, Destruction of Religious Shrines, Places of Worship and Deities, and Medical Camps for areas afflicted by drought or flood. WE HAVE COLLECTED NO DONATIONS FOR THIS WORK,  ALL OF THIS WORK IS DONE WITH FUNDS FROM THE OWN POCKETS OF OUR PROFESSIONALS.   At one time Mr. Achintya Das, who Mr. Upananda Brahmachari possibly works with or perhaps may even be another fake profile of Achintya Das whose other alias at the time of this coalition's formation was Visal Rana, worked online as an Administrative Director  working from his laptop from his home.  There was never an agreement to pay Mr. Achintya Das a salary for any work done for this coalition.  This coalition and its members who are advocates, activists, and humanitarians working for this cause is volunteer based only.  Mr. Das however wanted to earn a profit.  He proceeded to continually make decisions that were not authorized and it was never agreed that he make any executive decisions for this coalition, hack my email accounts and the account to IUFE blog along with his girlfriend Karishma Randeria.  He  had me send him money to do work for this coalition which was never done.  He claimed not to received this money and then bragged to a friend that he took the money because he felt he should have been paid a salary, and also received a camera from Advocate Veerji Kolhi!    Since Mr. Das could not accept this situation he proceeded to photo shop my photos taken without my expressed permission, claim that I was in a relationship with him and slander my name to contacts of which Mr. Upananda Brahmachari , Editor of Hindu Existence is one of them and again quite possibly a colleague or fake profile and spread false details of the personal life of Advocate Veerji Kolhi and myself on the internet  and private message.  Mr. Upananda Brahamchari wasted much of my time after repeated requests that he stop his behavior immediately.  Yet Mr. Upananda Brahmachari shared with me details of Mr. Achintya Das allegations and accusations against me!  Mr, Achintya Das opened an Unauthorized chapter of IUFE  in India which is no longer in existence to collect money for his personal agendas.  You can see that effort in the link below where I announce the illegal activity of Achintya Das and his girlfriend Karishma Randeria.  I, Zemira Eli Natan endured being called a phycho, a nymphomaniac and a fraud that exploits Hindus for profit while living an extravagant lifestyle by Upananda Brahmachari, Editor of Hindu Existence.  I am posting this  as clarification to my members and my friends who actively work with me on these issues!  I am being falsely accused!  I am a legitimate person working on peace building efforts between Israel and India and I am an admin for LIKE FOR ISRAEL INDIA on FACEBOOK .  I have no ulterior motives to exploit anyone!  However, I have been harassed and falsely accused!  I do NOT share my photos without my expressed permission and if they are on Facebook they are not to be taken without my permission!  Mr.  Das has falsely identified himself as an executive director which he is not and www.iufe.org is no longer in existence!  This is a false link! Any chapter of IUFE  in India is a fraudulent organization and I am requesting that NO money be sent to this false organization in India.  IUFE is based in the USA and I am its only Executive Director!  Thank you to all my readers and all my colleagues for your tireless efforts and your continued membership which by the way is FREE!

I hope this brings clarification to my members and colleagues as to why I am very shocked that anyone could behave this unprofessionally when there are people who need our work!  People whose communities have been devastated!  This coalition is NOT a forum to marry a girlfriend, buy her a house and a car, and slander the good name and reputation of legitimate people working for causes that help humanity and bring peaceful coexistence within an international community!  The link below reveals my post in 2013 as to the reason I disassociated with Achintya Sundar Das aka Visal Rana .

The correct and authorized link to this coalition:s blog is:

www.internationalfreedomequality.blogspot.com

The correct and legitimate name of this coalition is INTERNATIONAL UNITY FOR FREEDOM AND EQUALITY

Advocate Veerji Kolhi Destruction of Hindu Shrine Tando Muhammad Khan District By Advocate Veerji Kolhi and Zemira Eli Natan

Zemira Eli Natan
Executive Director
International Unity for Freedom and Equality

It a shocking experience for a community to come to their place of worship only to see it torched to the ground.  Advocate Veerji Kolhi spent more than a week in Tharparkar to help the Hindu Community who are afflicted by drought in the area.  To his dismay he arrived in the Tando Muhammad Khan District of Sindh near Hyderabad only to find a Holy Shrine torched and vandalized.  In my conversation with Advocate Veerji Kolhi he explained to me that this shrine is ancient and historical to the Hindus of this region.  The people wanted to leave their homes as a result.  Advocate Veerji Kolhi spoke to Hindu leaders and assured them that despite these attempts to force the owners of this land away that they will remain on the land of their Mother.  The community is devastated after this experience.  There are few options available.  Advocate Veerji Kolhi  is not unlike my own people Israel  who refuse to relinquish their ancestral home.  "  It gives them what they want if the people will leave their homes, and I will not allow this.", says Advocate Veerji Kolhi.  Many friends are supporting his position on this issue.  Others are very concerned for his safety and the safety of all Hindu communities effected by this and many other crimes against humanity.  My concern is that this kind of destruction and devastation is accompanied by abduction of Hindu girls who are forced into marriages with older men and forced to convert to Islam.  I am also concerned that these people whose lives are centered on the worship of their Holy places  and the peaceful community which they unselfishly share with everyone are continually harassed and without mercy or concern for their welfare by their government, are ignored and left to constantly live in fear, lack of resources and without hope of recovering from this devastation.  Our advocates are their only representatives and those in the International community including their own who raise the voice for Humanity and the protection of their rights.  IUFE demands the protection of these indigenous people and that their rights to practice their religion freely, live without harassment and abduction, and full citizenship and participation within their society be upheld.  IUFE further demands punishment to the full extent of the law for any desecration of Holy Shrines or Vandalizing Hindu Deities. IUFE demands the full protection of our Advocates working on these cases and protecting the health and safety of these communities. The International Community must also join us in this demand.  These are serious violations of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and require immediate attention by the Government of Sindh and Pakistan and all Civil Liberties Alliances and Human Rights organizations!
